Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GraceFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use the service

GraceFlow is intended for churches, ministries, and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account.

3. Church and admin responsibilities

Church owners and administrators are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and lawful member and branch data.
  • Ensuring users with access to the church workspace are appropriately authorised.
  • Complying with local data protection and privacy laws.
  • Using GraceFlow in a manner consistent with its intended ministry purpose.

4. Member and public portal usage

Public church websites and branch member portals are provided as a service to congregations and visitors. Content submitted through public forms (prayer requests, suggestions, visitor plans) is received by the church, not by GraceFlow as a platform operator.

5. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify your church admin or GraceFlow support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Public submissions and user content

By submitting content through public forms or portals, you grant the receiving church permission to use that content for its intended pastoral or administrative purpose. GraceFlow does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use GraceFlow to:

  • Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
  • Attempt to breach security or access data you are not authorised to view.
  • Interfere with the availability or performance of the platform.

8. Payments and giving disclaimer

GraceFlow provides tools to record and track giving. Online payment processing, where available, is provided by third-party providers. GraceFlow is not a payment processor and does not hold funds. Churches are responsible for complying with applicable financial regulations.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep GraceFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control may affect availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GraceFlow and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or where no payment applies, to the maximum extent allowable by law.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
